Ideally this person will have 10- 15 experience in public accounting. This role will be predominately reviewing tax returns (not a controller). They will also prepare individual and business tax returns and review. This person will be leading a small team and play an integral role in the organization. Qualifications CPA license with 8-10 years of accounting experience preferably in a public accounting firm 5 years of Tax Accounting experience (individual or busines) prep & review Experience with tax law Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or similar Ability to understand and apply tax laws and changes in the preparation process.
