circuit board assembly services. We are looking to add a Accounting
& Human Resources Manager to add the the office in Phoenix. Why

401K Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all aspects of the
accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting. 2.
Manage and supervise HR functions including recruitment, employee
relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
3. Implement and maintain HRIS systems to ensure smooth and
efficient operations. 4. Administer payroll, including tabulating
hours, processing payments, and maintaining records. 5. Prepare and
present financial reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. 6.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal
requirements. 7. Develop and implement HR strategies and
initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 8. Develop
and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits plans. 9.
Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture. 10. Liaise
with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out. 11.
Develop and manage financial systems and policies. 12. Ensure all
HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with current
employment law. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3
years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing
industry. 3. Proven experience with QuickBooks and HRIS systems. 4.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems. 5. Excellent
understanding of general and financial accounting principles. 6.
Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and
practices. 7. Excellent leadership and people management skills. 8.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. 10. Ability to work under
pressure and meet deadlines. 11. Strong attention to detail and
excellent organizational skills. 12. Knowledge of labor law and
employment equity regulations. 13. Professional certification in
Human Resources or Accounting is a plus. 14. Proficiency in MS
Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ERP). Interested in
