An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Director of Finance who is proficient in Procore, QuickBooks, and experienced in the construction sector, with a preference for individuals with a degree in Accounting or related field. Client Details Our client is a high growth mid sized general contractor with a focus on commercial developments. Located in Phoenix, they have a robust and diverse project portfolio and an excellent reputation in the industry. Description As the CFO/Director of Finance your responsibilities are: Overseeing all financial aspects of the organization while developing and managing an Accounting and Finance team. Implementing operational best practices. Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems. Work with the ownership and leadership teams to help drive strategic growth. Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances. Maximizing return and limiting risk on cash by minimizing bank balances and making investments. Ensuring that record-keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies. Reporting financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements. Profile A successful CFO/Director of Finance should have: A degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA certification is nice to have. Proficiency in Procore and QuickBooks. Experience in the construction industry is a must have for this role. This role is based in greater Phoenix and is in office. Client will relocate someone from within the United Sates if they are the right fit. Job Offer An attractive base salary in the range of USD $180,000 to USD $200,000 plus car and bonus.
