CornerStone Staffing is seeking Collections Specialist with a

you! Collections Specialist Tempe, AZ | Onsite COMPENSATION &
SCHEDULE • $19.00/hour • Full-time, standard business hours with
overtime opportunities • W2 employment • Start date: ASAP ROLE
IMPACT As a Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in
resolving delinquent auto loan accounts while delivering
best-in-class customer experiences. Your efforts directly reduce
financial risk and improve client portfolio performance through
proactive outreach and negotiation strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact delinquent borrowers via dialer and manual outreach to
collect on past-due auto loans • Deliver professional, empathetic
communication to maintain strong borrower relationships •
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve the cause of delinquency through
skip tracing and negotiation • Meet or exceed established
performance and productivity metrics • Document all account
activity accurately and in compliance with company standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years of collections experience (must be
clearly shown on resume) • High school diploma or GED • Ability to
pass a criminal background check and drug screening • Two
verifiable professional references CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Dialer
platforms • Skip tracing tools • CRM or collections management
systems • Microsoft Office Suite • Standard phone/email
communication tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Bilingual (Spanish)
candidates strongly preferred • Goal-driven with a passion for
exceeding targets • Open to working overtime for additional income
