company as a whole. Qualifications Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

service skills / experienced REQUIRED Experience in dispatching a
plus, but not required Must be able to read and write fluently in
English (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus) Strong organizational, oral and
written communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize
work independently with minimal supervision Proficient with use of
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Experience in the construction or
restoration trades a plus, but not required must be willing to
undergo background check and drug screen Responsibilities: 1st
point of contact to answer the phones Provide premiere customer
service and create Raving Fans Dispatch calls and coordinate with
sales teams to respond to new calls Support the sales and
production teams with any items they may need Supporting the other
administrative team members in the office Supporting the Accounting
Manager with other tasks and miscellaneous requests Mesa, AZ 85205:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
(Required) Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotating On call Schedule
(both weekdays and weekends) Compensation for Full-time Employees:
Job Types: Full-time Pay Rate: $23.00 to $25.00 / hour Pay may
