Details: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated
CNC Programmer with tenured NX experience to join our dynamic team.
This is a permanent, full-time position within our fast-paced
manufacturing industry, where you will be responsible for
programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. You will be a
crucial part of our production team, creating detailed and precise
machine programs for our state-of-the-art 5 Axis, Lathe, Mill, and
Mikron machines using G Code and NX software. This role is ideal
for a candidate who thrives in a challenging and innovative work
environment and is passionate about contributing to the production
of high-quality products. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and
maintain CNC programs for our 5 Axis, Lathe, Mill, and Mikron
machines using G Code and NX software. Work closely with the
production and engineering teams to understand product
specifications and design needs. Optimize machine operations and
programming to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve
overall product quality. Perform regular inspections and
maintenance of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the CNC
programming and machine operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices
in CNC programming. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, specifically
with 5 Axis, Lathe, Mill, and Mikron machines. Proficient in G Code
and NX software. Strong knowledge of machining operations, tooling,
and setup requirements. Exceptional technical and mechanical
skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to
detail. Ability to interpret and understand complex technical
drawings and specifications. Proven ability to work effectively in
a team environment and independently. Strong communication skills,
both written and verbal. Commitment to adhering to all safety
guidelines and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent
required; relevant certification or degree in a related field is
