security. Rincon Research Corporation seeks an Assembly Technician
to help us develop and produce electronic signal processing and
communication systems in small to medium production quantities. The
Assembly Technician will be an integral part of a team working
closely with electrical, software, and mechanical engineers, and

future! What are the primary responsibilities in the Assembly
Technician position? Assemble complex electronic hardware products
including installation of electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive
circuit card assemblies inside various enclosure and chassis types
Communicate regularly with engineering and management regarding
problems impacting assembly Create and update assembly instructions
What required background will make you successful? Minimum 1 year
of experience in a production environment building
electro-mechanical assemblies using cable and wire harnesses,
including soldering & crimping Experience using digital
multi-meters (DMM) Ability to read schematics & drawings, follow
technical assembly instructions, and interpret engineering
blueprints Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping,
and data entry for ordering & inventory transactions HS Diploma and
Associates Degree (or equivalent 2 years of post-high school
relevant work experience) US Citizenship Preferred skills: 3 years
of experience in a production environment building
electro-mechanical assemblies using cable and wire harnesses,
including soldering & crimping Experience supporting continuous
improvement projects to impact production safety, quality, delivery
lead times, and/or cost Basic understanding of electrical
components (ex: resistor, capacitor, diode, integrated circuit)
Experience supporting quality assurance Where is the position
located? This position is located at our Tucson, AZ Headquarters.
