Industry 4.0 (I4.0) team is seeking an experienced and
results-oriented I4.0 Prin. Project Manager. This role requires a
strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering complex
projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical
proficiency, project management expertise, leadership abilities,
and business acumen to ensure projects are successfully completed,
on time, and within budget while driving innovation. In addition,
the role will support strategic business planning, and corporate
initiatives. This role works across functions and levels in the
business supporting a complex network of existing and developing
digital and cyber-physical factory automation systems, creating
I4.0 within Raytheon. The candidate will work in a highly
collaborative, geographically distributed team, and will be working
in an Agile management framework. What you will Do Directly manage
high-impact, cross-functional projects Develop and implement
strategic project management plans Expected to Travel up to 20% of
the time What you will Learn Ability to effectively communicate and
collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, executives, and
development teams. Skill in negotiating trade-offs and priorities
between competing demands. Decision-Making: Making informed
decisions under pressure and with limited information. Financial
Management: Gaining expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost
control. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree
in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and
typically a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless
prohibited by local laws/regulations. Project management
experience, including the ability to develop SWD project plans in a
manufacturing/factory environment, scheduling, manage budgets
including EV (earned value) techniques, manage R&Os and lead
cross-functional teams to successful project completion .
Experience developing business cases and Return on Investment (ROI)
analyses The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government
issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is
required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Raytheon Project Management
level 6 certification and/or PMP certification Strong understanding
of Agile methodologies Experience with Product management tools
(Jira, DevOps, etc.) Experience with transition to production of
software products, automation systems or similar Experience with
Capital funding Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders
at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of relevant business
sectors, have established relationships with leaders, and be
familiar with the product lines, customer base, and manufacturing

are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This
includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are
essential to the development of our products. This position
requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication
Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense,
handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX

a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
