Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) integrates, verifies,
and validates our products. We put our systems together, exercise
them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance,

accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and
evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test
environments, and work together with our customers The Effectors
Center in the SE&TC Directorate is seeking Flight test
engineers focused on Lab Integration, Platform Integration, and/or
Flight Test. In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the
successful completion of test events and the associated analysis of
test data. This position is Onsite in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do
The core of what you will do is plan, prepare for and execute
system level test events at Raytheon and at USG facilities. You
will coordination across functions and with USG counterparts. You
will direct the activities of junior engineers and provide
technical leadership in the lab and field. You will effectively
communicate and confidently present to program leadership (internal
& USG), attention to detail, ability to be organized and prioritize
efforts and a strong work ethic. You will mentor and guide a team
of junior engineers. You will conduct missile level integration and
testing This position requires the ability to physically inspect
missiles, support the test set up of missiles, help maneuver
missile during packing/unpacking and potentially support multiple
long days of testing in a row in austere conditions. Shift
Information: This is primarily a 1st shift position but work hours
may shift when needed to support test asset delivery. This position
is Onsite. Travel Requirements – up to 10% of the time. Some
testing events may require weeks of travel Qualifications You Must
Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science,
Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a
minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience. Hardware
Systems Integration, Platform Integration and/or Flight Test
experience Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed
in the field Experience with Verification and Validation methods
Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment Active and
transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required
prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We
Prefer Experience in generation and presentation of documentation
to internal & USG stakeholders. Knowledge and experience with the
Tomahawk Weapon System is highly desired Software integration
experience at the missile level Hardware integration experience at
the missile level Test plan and procedure generation for missile
level test events Experience conducting EMI/EMV/HERO at the missile
level at USG test facilities Missile level troubleshooting
experience Experience preparing for and coordinating the shipment

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
