Raytheon is an industry leader in Stealth Technology. We are
involved in all phases of development, production, and maintenance
of Low Observable (LO) weapon systems. We are currently looking for
Radar Cross Section (RCS) Range Radar Operators to support
challenging, state-of-the-art technical projects during testing.
What You Will Do Responsible for operating instrumentation radar
during the collection of RCS measurements Calibration of the radar
system Regular health and quality testing of the radar system and
subsystems Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in the radar
system Annual review of the Range Book and updating as required
Ensure data quality and integrity Support target configuration and
test set-up Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of
prior relevant experience Experience supporting RCS measurement
testing Experience of radar system operation Secret security

Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all
production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the
development of our products. As part of our commitment to

as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited
to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a
candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key
skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful
candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay
structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
