Connecting. Growing together. As a Senior Pharmacy Technician,
you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing
outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while
ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized
productivity. Along the way, you'll discover the training, support,

Location: This is an on-site position located at 485 N Juniper
Drive, Chandler, AZ 85226 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift
between 8am - 7pm AZ Time, with rotational weekend/holidays based
on business needs Primary Responsibilities: Enter prescriptions and
verify appropriate and accurate information Process refill
prescriptions (from intake to order completion) Resolve customer
issues; ensuring accurate information is provided Perform
telephonic outreach (inbound/outbound calls) to patients & schedule
medication deliveries Works closely with Pharmacist and Nursing
teams to provide excellent patient care Other duties as
assigned

within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to
questions or provide specific medication details/clinical

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an

Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) Active and
unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) Intermediate
level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex
computer system applications Ability to work at desk majority of
shift Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 8am -
7pm AZ Time, with rotational weekend/holidays based on business
needs
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician
experience Home Infusion experience Specialty Pharmacy experience
Previous customer service experience
