Position Types:

• Full-Time Physical Therapist
• Part-Time Physical TherapistKey Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with industry standards and R-O-C policies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
  • Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand client relations.Qualifications:
    • Licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for patient care and a commitment to professional growth.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a growing practice.
