together. This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees
are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules
during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST. It may
be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
or weekends. Our office is located at 20414 N 27th Avenue, Suite
100, Phoenix, AZ, 85027. We offer 2 - 4 weeks of paid on-the-job
training. The hours of the training will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST
from Monday - Friday. Primary Responsibilities: - Answers 50 - 70
calls from patients, resolving moderate to complex issues -
Schedule and verify appointments in clinical information system -
Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information -
Send and receive tasks to Provider offices to assist patient with
access to medical care - Receive and process; expedite stat and
at-risk referrals - Contact patients to inform of appointment and
referral status - Extreme high volume data entry - Process and
resolve expedited patient complaints - Review and processing of
medication refills - Proactive response to inquiries from patients,
Providers, and internal medical personnel - Other duties as

Qualifications: - High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work
experience - Must be 18 years of age OR older - 1 years of
experience with electronic medical record systems - 1 years of
experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which
includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer
system applications - Experience with working in healthcare setting
(Doctor’s office, acute / long term care facilities, medical
insurance company) - Ability to work any of our shift schedules
during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST from
Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to
work occasional overtime or weekends. Preferred Qualifications: - 1
years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office,
administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and
computers as the primary job tools - Experience with Epic The
hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on
full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
