together. The Field Based Practice Engagement Specialist will
effectively support the network team to engage contracted providers
to discuss the value-based care incentive arrangements. Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (may need to be flexible
with morning and evening hours) Location: Phoenix and surrounding
areas in Arizona. If travel is more than 100 miles rental car is
provided. If you reside in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll enjoy the
flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities: - Drive engagement and process
improvement to improve quality within contracted physicians - Meet
with non-engaged providers to verbalize the importance of the
valued based care arrangement - Ability to expand the network
through obtaining contracts with provider offices - Perform network
analysis and strategy development and implementation - Strong
organizational and time management skills - Ability to multi-task
and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines - Recommend utilization
or expansion of networks for various products - Serve as a key
resource on complex and/or critical issues - Excellent verbal and
written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and
concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can
understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret
information from others - Ability to be able to train and educate
across departments on sales tactics. - Performs other duties as

Diploma/GED (or higher) - 2 years of face-to-face customer service
experience - 1 years of experience with behavioral change
management - 1 years of experience working with excellent verbal
and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and
concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can
understand, as well as the ability to understand and interpret
information from others - Access to a designated quiet workspace in
your home (separated from non-workspace areas) with the ability to
secure Protected Health Information (PHI) - Live in a location that
can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet
connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service -
Reside within a commutable distance to Phoenix and surrounding
communities in Arizona - Access to reliable transportation and the
ability to travel 75% of the time within 150 miles of territory
assigned - Current and non-restricted state of Arizona driver’s
license and state-required insurance Preferred Qualifications: -

fast-paced environment *All Telecommuters will be required to

range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on
full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
