Medical-Focused Optometry | 4-Day Workweek | Bonus Potential Are
you an Optometrist with a passion for medical eye care looking to
join a thriving, patient-centered practice in the East Valley? We
are seeking a motivated and experienced OD to join our
well-established clinics in Mesa and Chandler, Arizona. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume
medical environment and is looking for a balanced, flexible
schedule. Position Highlights: Patient Volume: See approximately 30
patients per day in a fast-paced setting Clinical Focus: Mix of
medical eye exams, pre-operative and post-operative care (no
routine vision exams or optical) Schedule: 4-day workweek – enjoy
long weekends and a great work/life balance Compensation: Target
salary of $120,000–$140,000 with additional bonus structure based
on performance Ideal Candidate: 2 years of experience in a medical
or surgical eye care setting preferred You'll be joining a
collaborative team focused on quality care, with strong clinical
and administrative support to allow you to focus on what you do
best—caring for patients. This is a great fit for an early- to
mid-career OD who is confident managing post-surgical care and
