CareNational is looking for an experienced Market Medical
Director! Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of recent
experience as a Medical Director. Role Summary The Market Medical
Director (MMD) is responsible for achieving clinical outcomes,
optimizing utilization/costs, and ensuring high patient
satisfaction across the market. The MMD provides direct and
indirect medical care and population health management, overseeing
and building the capacity of an advanced practice provider team
delivering primary, acute, chronic and pediatric care to adult and
pediatric family members in the home and virtual settings. The MMD
is an important clinical leader and teacher across the
interdisciplinary team, and collaborates with market payers and
community providers to advance the Nest model of care and
demonstrate its value. The MMD is innovative and skilled at
practicing and coaching a team that provides full-spectrum family
medicine in a value-based care model.
