Employed Neonatologist Opportunity in Tucson, AZ Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join its growing Women & Newborn Center. This is an exciting opportunity to help guide the development of our Level II NICU, with plans to advance toward Level III designation. You'll work in a collegial, well-supported environment that includes experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a dedicated NICU nursing team, all focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to newborns and families. Position Highlights Level II NICU - average daily census 5On-site physician coverage 8 a.m.-2 p.m.NNP coverage 2 p.m.-8 a.m., with physician call-ins (30-minute response time)Full-time schedule with equitable call rotationSupported by hospital-based NNPs and nursing staff Candidate Requirements M.D. or D.O. degreeBoard Certified/Eligible in NeonatologyArizona medical license (or eligibility)Commitment to excellence in newborn and family-centered care Why Tucson?
