MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM schedule (no weekends, evenings, or call)
$350,000 total compensation potential $20,000 sign-on bonus and
relocation assistance Team-based, collaborative care model focused
on prevention and health outcomes Established patient panels with
strong clinical support Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive
primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting Diagnose
and manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting
preventative health Educate patients and families on wellness,
early detection, and disease management Collaborate with
interdisciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation Qualifications MD or
DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal
Medicine Unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to
obtain) DEA license required Passion for practicing value-based,
patient-centered primary care Compensation & Benefits Competitive
base salary up to $350K based on experience Annual quality and
performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including
health, retirement, and CME Paid relocation and $20,000 sign-on
