We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or disability. Your Responsibilities: Assess patients’ functional abilities and create personalized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs). Help patients adapt daily tasks to maximize safety, ease, and confidence. Enhance fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive function. Provide strategies to manage emotional and behavioral challenges related to recovery. Educate and support caregivers and family members on therapy techniques. Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant records. What You Need: Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the State of Arizona. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel locally for home visits.
