Job Description Job Description Salary: $46.85$48.25/ DOE Clinical Director Behavioral Health-SUD- Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities: Lead clinical and program operations for dual diagnosis and substance use disorder treatment Supervise therapists, case managers, and staff Ensure AHCCCS, ASAM, and state compliance Develop, evaluate, and improve programs Collaborate with healthcare partners to deliver integrated care Requirements: Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field Arizona license: LPC, LCSW, LISAC, BHP 3 years behavioral health leadership experience (dual diagnosis focus preferred) Strong compliance and program development knowledge Kipu EMR knowledge a plus Why Work at Step One Behavioral Health?
