experienced Flight Nurses to join an elite air medical team based
in Deer Valley, AZ . In this role, you will deliver life-saving
care during emergency medical transports, ensuring patient safety
and positive outcomes in high-stakes situations. With

Responsibilities Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and
emergency treatments during air and ground transports. Document
accurate and detailed information for patient care and billing
purposes. Communicate effectively with team members and external
stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Participate in public
relations and outreach activities to promote air medical services.
Enhance expertise through mandatory training, clinical rotations,
and skill labs. Maintain compliance with certifications and adhere
to all regulatory standards. What You Bring Active RN License :
Valid in the state of Arizona. Critical Care Experience : Minimum
of 3 years (5 years preferred) in emergency or critical care
settings. Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or
PHTLS (NRP preferred). Specialized Credentials : CFRN certification
within 24 months of hire. Physical Requirements : Body weight below
235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Preferred Qualifications
: Flight or transport experience and instructor certifications.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay : Hourly rates based on
experience, with annual earnings potential ranging from $97,452 to
