As part of our staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering exceptional patient care within our facility, enhancing the health and well-being of each individual that walks through our doors. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct initial patient evaluations and participate in the development of treatment plans. Assist in various venous and arterial procedures, including sclerotherapy, under the supervision of experienced vascular surgeons. Manage day-to-day operations within the clinic setting, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience. Participate in rounding at affiliated hospitals to monitor and support patient care and recovery. Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room as training progresses. Work collaboratively with other team members to coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with health regulations and clinic standards. Engage in continuous education and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest practices and technologies in vascular medicine. Requirements Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona. Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Background or experience in peripheral vascular surgery is highly desirable. Exceptional clinical skills with an ability to perform well under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex medical terms and conditions to patients and their families. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various medical staff members.
