NOT REQUIRED. Please read this in its entirety URGENT REQUEST We
have an urgent need for multiple CRNAs starting in November. The
CRNAs must be willing to be credentialed at and work at all 4
locations. Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call. 8 hour
shifts ONLY Monday-Friday & call weekday and Weekend. ( if you can
do 1-2 a week will be helpful) IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please do not reach out to the site directly. Please keep all
communication in the Locumsmart platform. CRNAs will be
cross-credentialed at all locations. Call coverage is required at
Oro Valley, Northwest and Houghton These facilities require ACLS
and PALS and they must be AHA or American Red Cross. Licensure: You
must have an active AZ license. provider cannot be within 90 miles
of the facility The provider must contract with the agency before
placing a bid. Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends,
and take call. (No nights or call at Sahuarita) Must be certified
by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience. ACLS AND BLS
are required. Must be comfortable practicing independently and
performing peripheral nerve blocks TRAINING FOR BLOCKS WILL NOT BE
PROVIDED, AND THEY MUST PROVIDE CASE LOGS OF BLOCKS PERFORMED. The
presentation must explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims,
or sanctions from a board of nursing. Cases covered at each
