Compliance Director – Phoenix/Scottsdale Area (OnSite) Advacare
Homecare is seeking an experienced Compliance Director to oversee
Home Care and Home Health operations across the Phoenix and
Scottsdale area. This full time, onsite role ensures regulatory
compliance, quality assurance, and operational integrity across all
service lines. Position Details - Location: Phoenix/Scottsdale
(Onsite; not remote) - Pay: $65,000–$85,000 per year (biweekly pay)

For - 3 years of managerial experience in Home Health or Home Care
(Phoenix/Scottsdale market preferred) - Strong knowledge of AHCCCS,
Medicare, ADHS, and federal/state regulations - Experience leading
compliance initiatives, audits, corrective action plans, and survey
readiness - Familiarity with EVV, billing workflows, and VA billing
- Proficiency in WellSky, Hireology, AHCCCS portals, and Microsoft
Excel - Highly organized, detail oriented, and strong in compliance
