JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Endocrinologist Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Location: Goodyear, AZ Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic Only Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a 5p On-Call Expectations: None Start Date: June 2025 PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adults Average Daily Volume / Census: Typical outpatient caseload focused on chronic endocrine management Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes follow-up visits and ongoing disease management Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal and metabolic conditions FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS EMR System: eClinicalWorks (ECW) Specialty Backup: Collaborative access to multidisciplinary specialists and primary care providers Support Staff: Dedicated nursing and administrative staff supporting patient flow and coordination Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to Medical Director, West Valley Endocrinology Reason for Opening: Practice growth and expanding patient demand CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (certification within 5 years of residency) DEA & Certifications: Active DEA, BLS Credentialing Timeline: 6090 days Visa Sponsorship: Yes H-1B and J-1 candidates accepted COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS Incentive Bonus Structure: Performance-based and quality incentive bonuses available Relocation Assistance: Negotiable based on candidate experience
