and cook food items according to standardized recipes to ensure

guest preferences, seasonal availability, and current culinary
trends. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in
compliance with safety regulations and health codes. Collaborate
with kitchen staff and management to improve process efficiency and
overall service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and place orders
for supplies in a timely manner. Continuously learn about new
cooking techniques and cuisine trends. Ensure proper presentation
and garnish of dishes before they are served. Strong practical
knowledge of culinary arts and cooking techniques. Ability to work
effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent
time management skills. Proficiency in handling kitchen equipment
safely. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Food
safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is required. Culinary
certification or equivalent is preferable.
