Marriott International invites you to join our dynamic team as a Host at one of our premier properties. With over 8,000 properties worldwide, we are leaders in global lodging, renowned for our commitment to quality hospitality and innovative service. As the first point of contact, the Host plays a crucial role in setting the tone for our guests' dining experience, ensuring it aligns with the high standards associated with Marriott's heritage. Greet guests warmly and ascertain their dining needs. Manage reservations and waiting lists for dining. Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure timely and efficient service. Provide menus and communicate any specials or menu changes to guests. Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming entrance area. Address and escalate any guest concerns with poise and professionalism. Collaborate with service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using reservation management software. Strong organizational skills. None specifically required, but training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus.
