Broiler Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. As a key player in
our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for managing the
broiler station, ensuring precise preparation and presentation of
high-quality dishes. This role demands a passion for creating
memorable dining experiences, a keen eye for detail, and the
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate
will be someone who upholds the Marriott standard of excellence and
innovation in every dish served. Operate and manage the broiler
station efficiently. Cook and present dishes adhering to the menu
and guest preferences. Maintain high sanitation and safety
standards in all operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to
ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes. Monitor inventory
and report any shortages to the chef or kitchen manager. Ensure
proper handling and storage of all food products at appropriate
temperatures. Strong grasp of various cooking methods, ingredients,
equipment, and procedures Excellent hand-eye coordination and
dexterity at the broiler station Proficient in time management to
handle high-volume orders Ability to read and follow recipes and
standards Good collaborative and communication skills Medical

ServSafe Food Handler certification Certification from a recognized
culinary institution (desired but not required)
