cleaning guest villas which includes but is not limited to cleaning
of kitchen and dishes, counter tops, refrigerator, sinks, mopping
of tile floors, bathrooms–sinks, shower, tub, floors,
bedrooms–dusting, windows and vacuuming of all carpet and stairs.
Request replacements for missing items in villas - promptly from
dispatch. Sweep entrance and shake door mat. Wipe down patio
furniture, place in appropriate positions - then sweep patio area.
Stage villa for occupancy – blackouts open, sheers closed, amenity
items placed in proper locations. lacing items that may have moved
back to their “staged” location. Inspect your work prior to leaving
villa (mirrors & sinks spotless, no debris on carpet, room smells
fresh.) Report maintenance issues or damage to furniture to
dispatch immediately. Report any issues you cannot fix to dispatch
(stains in carpet and/or equipment that is not working - such as
microwave, dishwasher etc.) Turn off all lights when work in villa
is complete Set A/C temperature to appropriate vacant temperature.
Maintain your cart in a clean and orderly fashion, remove any
garbage at end of shift and organize cart Work with other members
of the team in a cooperative manner to achieve department goals.
Demonstrate a working knowledge in the safe and correct use of all
chemicals on daily basis and proper operation of equipment & tools.
Demonstrate proper use of safety practices in all procedures.
Immediately report unsafe incidents or unsafe conditions to the
Supervisor. If guest is present during cleaning (refresh, midweek
cleans) ensure guest is fully satisfied with the level of
cleanliness prior to leaving. Provide customer service to all
guests in a pleasant and professional manner answering questions
briefly while conforming to villa cleaning times. Perform all other

Requirements Education/Experience Required: Previous cleaning
experience. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals. Specific Skills
Required: Good communications skills. Able to use and operate
vacuum cleaner, push maid cart with cleaning tools, chemicals and
necessary supplies. Must be able to read chemical labels, resort
policies and other instructions. Physical Requirements: Must be
able to lift, pull and or push up to 40lbs, move, stand, walk,
traverse, crouch/stoop, kneel, repetitive hand/wrist motion, reach,
bend, see, recognize, distinguish, convey information and converse
