Salary: $20.84 per hour / $41,992.60 annually 10% Bilingual

Bilingual Claims Service Specialist, you will collect facts about
the accident, investigate claim details, and collect statements

Qualifications & Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English and Spanish Experience providing outstanding
customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and
growing customer satisfaction Solid computer multitasking skills
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and
willingness to expand on these abilities Ability to work
comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
environment Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college
