Required Skills:
Excellent client care/customer service skills
Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and
goals
Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and
resolutions of problems and incidents
Troubleshooting and Hardware support
Windows 10/11, Software
MS Office suite, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype, Network - Citrix,
VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, ITSM Remedy (not essential)
