Learn more at www. pinnaclefertility. com .About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate General Counsel to join our legal team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare attorney to be an integral part of a patient's journey towards parenthood, providing critical legal guidance and support in a fast- paced, mission- driven environment. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel, compliance teams, and clinic leadership to ensure Pinnacle's ongoing success and adherence to evolving healthcare regulations.This full-time, exempt position is based onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, with some travel as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesReport to the General Counsel and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to provide a wide range of legal services to the organization.Monitor and interpret federal and state healthcare legislation, providing timely guidance on new laws and regulations that may impact the business.Advise on compliance with federal and state regulations related to physician and non- physician contracting, payor contracts, and reimbursement rules.Provide legal advice on healthcare operations, HIPAA, informed consent, data privacy, medical staff issues, and healthcare data security.Work closely with management and clinics on mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, and other strategic transactions.Oversee licensure, accreditation, pharmacy, and clinical research matters.Lead compliance efforts related to corporate governance, data privacy strategies, and internal investigations.Develop and maintain Pinnacle Fertility's compliance policies, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.Cultivate and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships, supporting a collaborative and legally sound work environment.Position RequirementsEducation:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolLicense to practice law in the state of Arizona preferredExperience:8+ years of healthcare legal experience, either in- house or with a leading law firmMulti- state experience preferred, particularly in key states like California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Illinois, New York, Virginia, and FloridaExperience in healthcare regulatory compliance, healthcare transactions, and general corporate mattersSkills:Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsExceptional analytical, problem- solving, and conflict resolution abilitiesProven ability to navigate complex legal issues in a fast- paced environmentDeep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance mattersSalary Rate: $ 180,000 - $ 220,000 annually ( final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
