law firm in Glendale, CA is seeking a qualified Case Manager for
their Civil Litigation practice. The office is rapidly expanding
its team and wants to welcome a new member to be a part of their
Fortune 500 team. The ideal candidate will have frequent client
contact, medical records review and analysis experience, they will
assist clients with medical providers, prepare files to submit
demand letters and provide excellent client service. This firm

and a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Labor & Employment or
personal injury exp is a plus Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service
skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines. Manage a large volume of cases at a time. Litify or
Salesforce Experience is a plus. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to
exercise discretion and good judgment. Proficient with Microsoft
Office Suite or related software. Responsibilities: Initiating and
maintaining client contact on a regular basis Fully investigate
each case, gathering, and analyzing intake information and relevant
documents. Verify insurance coverage and liability issues and
maintain contact with insurance company. Continuously monitor case
status, and recommendations Request records on an ongoing basis,
review and analyze records Organize and maintain case files,
