Job Description:

Marathon Staffing is hiring production workers for a bakery in the West Valley area.

Summary
Load filled bakery racks in ovens for baking of product
Remove bakery racks from the oven
Document oven times and temperatures on daily production paperwork
Record date codes on WIP (work in progress) forms
Efficiently use ovens to ensure constant flow of product

Requirements:
Ability to push bakery racks that are 250 - 300 pounds on a regular basis
Must be able to work in high temperature area for an extended period of time.
Significant standing, bending and moving required.
Ability to read instructions in English and follow directions
Must be able to perform job duties in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work overtime as required
Follow and adhere to all GMP’s and operating procedures
Work in a safe and healthy manner; strictly following safety rules and regulations.
Must have Food Handlers Card or be able to obtain one in 30 days
Perform other job functions as assigned

Requirements:
Food handlers card
Pass Drug test
Flexible working some weekends.

Shifts:
1st, 2nd, 3rd
Pay rate: Pay will be determine based on the shift $15-15.50hr Full time.
