The Wireless Support Team Members are responsible for providing
quality technical and customer service support. Other

device activation, and setup, product features, troubleshooting,
and hardware operation.
Guide customers through making payments via chat, phone, or

customer service, performance and efficiency.
Interpret and execute on a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form via chat, phone, and

Ideal representatives have:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience?
All representatives must have:
One or more years of wireless technical and/or customer service
Compensation: $19.59/Hr. Uncapped Commission:
Knowledge of wireless handset devices and their
Ability to clearly articulate service plan
Prior experience with wireless customer care billing
Adaptability to different work environments
High engagement throughout the entirety of their shift
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends,
evenings, and holidays
Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate Windows OS
desktop computer and ability to grasp wireless technology
Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve; speaking with
customers while logging information, following different processes,
and navigating multiple tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability
to provide a high level of customer service
Willingness to proactively communicate problems to various business
An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new
