Direct Care Supervisor II (Tempe) 1954WHO WE ARE:TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. We find creative and innovative way to provide hope and purpose to the unique individuals that we serve. We are all about helping our members advocate for themselves, stay engaged in their communities, and increasing their independence. TCH is looking for an experienced supervisor to manage the daily operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. The position requires a minimum of two years' experience in a directly related field and at least one year of supervisory experience. You must have the willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the on-call requirements. Must be at least 21 years of age with an AZ Driver's License and a 39-month clean driving record and have the ability to pass required background checks.
