Job Description Inside Sales Representative Reports to: Inside Sales Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Summary: Wecom Fiber is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up. This role primarily involves working in a phone call center environment, where you will engage with potential and existing customers to promote our fiber optic products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods. Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and address any inquiries. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone to educate customers about our offerings. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position Wecom Fiber's offerings. Work closely with other team members, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in inside sales or a call center environment, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support. Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets; ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
