targeted residential areas through canvassing, pre-qualify
homeowners that have visible exterior damage on their homes.
Conduct roof inspections and property evaluations on the spot while
properly documenting all findings Learn to evaluate homeowners
insurance information and discuss the option of fixing home damage
via filing an insurance claim to cover the replacement Explain the
benefit of working with a licensed public insurance adjuster Upsell
roofing, HVAC, restoration, and solar energy options for qualified
homeowners Utilize our CRM to track leads and measure performance
Build lasting relationships by providing top-tier customer service
