Job Description:
Afni, Inc., a pioneer in customer engagement and business

customer-oriented Customer Sales Agent. This position is critical
in fostering client relationships and expanding sales growth by
using tailored solutions. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will
leverage deep product knowledge to provide clients and potential
customers with detailed information and support, driving sales and
maintaining the company’s reputation for exceptional service. Your
role will directly impact our continuously striving efforts to
enhance client satisfaction and business performance through
effective sales strategies and excellent communication. Engage with
potential and existing customers to explain product offerings and
promotions. Handle customer queries and feedback efficiently,
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.
Document and report on customer interests and buying trends,
contributing to sales improvement strategies. Maintain awareness of
all product updates, changes, and capabilities to ensure accurate
information is provided to customers. Strong understanding of sales
principles and customer service practices Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in CRM software and
MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certifications in Sales or Customer Service Management are
beneficial but not required.
