Plaintiff Personal Injury firm who is looking for an experienced
Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in
Phoenix, AZ! Location: Phoenix, AZ - hybrid remote/office schedule

Job Details Our ideal candidate will be able to manage several
diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury
law. Responsibilities: Research case law to analyze precedents or
similar cases for plaintiff tactics Establish a professional
rapport with all clients Answer client questions regarding
proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions Draft,
review, and interpret all legal documents for clients Create a case
strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge Advise clients
throughout the entire legal process, from intake through litigation
Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner
