Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Brand
Operations Manager works closely with franchise owners, internal
teams, and commercial clients to ensure Anago brand standards are
consistently met while strengthening client relationships and
supporting revenue growth. This role is responsible for managing
client experience across assigned accounts, conducting inspections
and business reviews, resolving issues, supporting franchise
owners, and identifying opportunities for additional services. The
Brand Operations Manager serves as a primary liaison between
clients, franchise owners, and the Anago office, ensuring
communication is clear, issues are addressed promptly, and
expectations are aligned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients and key personnel within
customer organizations. Conduct regular onsite client inspections
to ensure brand standards and service expectations are met. Perform
scheduled business reviews to assess satisfaction, address
concerns, and reinforce Anago’s full range of services. Conduct
client check-ins on the business day following initial cleanings
for new accounts. Administer and review client satisfaction
surveys. Handle client complaints, service requests, and
cancellation requests, providing solutions to retain accounts when
possible. Escalate unresolved issues internally and track
resolutions through completion. Revenue and Service Growth Identify
and pursue additional service opportunities within existing client
accounts, including specialty and project work. Manage specialty
work leads from initial request through proposal, coordination, and
close. Keep Anago’s full service capabilities top of mind with
clients during interactions. Franchise Owner Support and
Development Mentor and support franchise owners through ongoing
coaching and development. Assist franchise owners with inspections,
complaint resolution, work scheduling implementation, and
presentation of project work. Coordinate and conduct account
transfers between franchise owners when necessary to maintain brand
standards. Conduct orientation sessions for new franchise owners.
Assist with franchise leads and the franchise sales process,
including conducting required disclosures. Deliver training
procedures in classroom and onsite settings as needed. Operational
Coordination Coordinate and attend initial walkthroughs for new
client accounts. Partner with internal departments to communicate
client needs, preferences, and operational changes. Maintain
accurate and timely updates in Anago’s proprietary operations and
reporting systems. Ensure department managers and leadership are
informed of client changes, service issues, or key personnel
updates. Brand Representation Represent the Anago brand
professionally and consistently in all client and franchise
interactions. Uphold brand standards, service quality expectations,
and company values at all times. Qualifications and Requirements
Required Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred. Willingness to
work evenings as needed and availability for emergency calls.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability
to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and
follow-through. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using technology including computers, tablets, mobile
devices, email, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently
and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Customer
service and sales experience, preferably within the janitorial or
facilities services industry. Experience working with
franchise-based or multi-location service businesses.
Problem-solving mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn proprietary software systems, training
